Who am I?

As I have mentioned I recently graduated from MIT in Mechanical & Ocean Engineering.

But this page is about who I am so:

(note, for more info & more of my story please see my blog at rlesh.wordpress.com)

Growing up, my family had an "always learning" policy. School work came along on all of our adventures, through every summer. During the conventional school year my sister and I buckled down with our books and I devoured math and science as fast as I was able. At age 14 I started taking classes at the local community college and by 16 had taken all the math the community college had to offer. At 17 I moved onto the local university (Western Washington University) to keep taking math.

After two years at Western I was accepted to MIT and discovered that wile I still loved math, engineering was an wonderful combination of mathatical analytical thinking, problem solving and creativity!

Outside of school I love sailing, running, being outdoors, making things, playing ukulele and exploring. Feel free to contact me under the About Me tab. Thank you for your time!

Sincerly,

-Robyn
